It’s officially fall y’all, that means pumpkin spice is in season, but so is Burgundy nail-polish, chunky knits, lace-up boots, and all my favorite things! I wanted to do a little beauty round-up and thought I’d share what I’m loving this October.

First things first, I already dedicated an entire blog post to Olive & June, but then SGT launched her fall collection and all my many mani dreams came true. My favorites? SC and HD. SC is a gorgeous vampy Bordeaux, it reminds me of mulled wine and Christmas time and all things Burgundy. I love this color. This is THE color for me from now until New Year’s Eve. I’m also currently breaking ALL the rules and wearing white nail-polish after Labor Day! I’ve never done a white-mani, but now it’s pretty much all I wear. HD is O&J’s fresh-faced white, it’s bright, it’s light, it’s a neutral, while also a standout and I get so many compliments on it. I also just wanted to mention that Olive & June’s topcoat is a necessity, people officially don’t believe that I’ve painted my nails myself. The topcoat is sooo good and gives my nails a gel-like feel, without the breakage and the subsequent broken heart.

Next up, if you’ve noticed that I look all of 25 instead of 26 lately it’s the Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Alpha Beta Universal Daily Peel Pads. Disclaimer – these are pricy, but I have super sensitive skin and literally am noticing an improvement using these only once a week! My skin looks healthier, more youthful, and I have such a natural glow after use. I usually use them on the weekend and do a no-makeup day post peel pad because my skin looks so early twenties that I just want to show it off! I bought the 5 pack to try and now am ready to invest in bulk, but I’m waiting until Sephora’s November sale.

Last up, I have been loving the Too Cool For School Pumpkin 24k Gold Sheet Mask – this mask makes my face look so fresh and dewy and hydrated and I just love that while the mask is ooey and gooey and messy, it’s super thin so actually stays on your skin! Also, while the title implies that this mask will be gold and smell like pumpkins, it’s neither, it’s just a lovely sheet mask, that makes you look and feel your absolute best skin care self!
