Hi all, just a quick post to let you know that this is a PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT. I’ve been on the search for the “perfect” jeans for what’s felt like a small eternity. I have long legs, hips and a butt, and want jeans with a little stretch, pockets, but also so high-waisted that they practically come up to my armpits and guys, I’ve FINALLY found them!

I’m here to introduce you to Madewell’s Roadtripper. I recently ordered the 11″ High-Rise Roadtripper Jeggings in Keele Wash and they’re SO GOOD. I normally wouldn’t order “jeggings” because I prefer a jean that feels like a jean, but these totally do feel like jeans. They have enough stretch that I can wear them on Thanksgiving and I chose the “tall,” which is actually long enough for my ridiculously long legs. Also long enough to stay tucked into boots. I know what you’re thinking – jeggings – do they even have pockets? DO THEY HAVE POCKETS? THEY’VE GOT SO MANY POCKETS! I’m seriously only wearing these for the foreseeable future. They’re actually so comfy I’ve been working from home in them instead of my sweatpants. Like they’re THAT good.

Anyway, I basically decided to donate ALL of my jeans a few weeks ago because they’re too short for boots and a little tighter than I remembered and now I’m ready to stock up on these jeans like a squirrel stashing acorns for the winter. I already bought three pairs and am just waiting for them to restock these in my size!
